At ClassCarDesign, every product is handmade to order using premium materials.
We respect both custom production conditions and your right to withdraw within 30 days in accordance with EU and Turkish consumer law.

🔹 2. 30-Day Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to return any product within 30 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.

Conditions:
    •    The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
    •    Return shipping cost is covered by the buyer.
    •    Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

🔹 3. Custom-Made Products

Customized or personalized items (with name embroidery, logo, or special design) cannot be returned or canceled,
except in cases of production error or incorrect model delivery. In such cases, a free replacement or full refund will be offered.

If your order arrives incorrect, defective, or damaged during shipping,
we will cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
