2. PRE-INFORMATION FORM
The Buyer acknowledges that the following information has been provided before completing the order.
2.1 Seller Information
Seller details are listed above.
2.2 Description of the Product / Service
The products offered on our website are:
- Produced using the original factory floor template of each vehicle model to ensure an exact fit
- Manufactured to order
- Made from premium velour carpet material
- Offered with customization options such as edge color, stitching, heel pad and, if selected, personal text or logo
Service definition:
The service provided is the production of a vehicle-specific velour floor mat set based on the Buyer’s selected vehicle make/model/year and options, and the physical delivery of this product via ShipEntagra/UPS/DHL/FedEx.
2.3 Product Price
The final product price is displayed on the checkout page.
Any applicable taxes and shipping fees are shown before the order is confirmed.
2.4 Payment Method
- Credit/Debit Card via PayTR
- Other Shopify payment methods (if enabled)
2.5 Production & Delivery
- Production time: 1–3 business days
- Shipping: ShipEntegra/ UPS Express / DHL Express / FedEx
- Delivery time: approx. 3-12 business days depending on destination
- Delivery confirmation (courier delivery scan and/or recipient signature) is stored by the Seller as proof of delivery.
2.6 Return / Withdrawal Policy (30 Days)
We offer a 30-day return window from the date the product is delivered, under the following conditions:

Standard made-to-order products (no personal name/logo):
- The Buyer may return the product within 30 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, uninstalled and in resellable condition.
- Unless the Seller is at fault, return shipping costs are paid by the Buyer.

Personalised products (custom name, logo, special artwork or unique design):
- These orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund purely for reasons of preference (e.g. change of mind, wrong size/model ordered by the Buyer, wrong spelling given by the Buyer, etc.).

However, if the product arrives different from what was ordered – for example:
- wrong vehicle model,
- wrong colour or material compared to the order,
- incorrect name/logo/text compared to the order details,

clear manufacturing defect or damage –
then the Buyer may request correction, replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery.
This structure protects both the Buyer and the Seller: standard orders have a generous 30-day return policy, while highly personalised items are protected against misuse but still covered if the Seller makes an error.
2.7 Returns & Exchanges – Summary

Standard orders (no personal name/logo):
- 30-day return period
- Buyer pays return shipping, unless the Seller is at fault
- Refund is issued after inspection of the returned item

Personalised orders (with name/logo/special design):
- No return for change of mind or incorrect details provided by the Buyer
- If the item differs from the confirmed order or is defective, the Seller will repair, replace or refund within the 30-day window

2.8 Evidence for Dispute Resolution
In the event of a chargeback or dispute, the Seller can provide:
- Courier delivery confirmation and/or recipient signature
- Tracking information
- Order invoice and Shopify order records
- Production and packaging photos (if needed)
- Communication history with the Buyer
- This Distance Sales Agreement & Pre-Information Form
2.9 Personal Data
Customer data is processed only for order processing, delivery and legal obligations.

3. DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
3.1 Purpose
This Agreement governs the sale and delivery of velour vehicle floor mats ordered via classcardesign.com, including the rights and obligations of both parties.
3.2 Formation of the Agreement
The Agreement is concluded electronically when the Buyer completes the checkout process and confirms the order.
3.3 Production & Delivery
The product is manufactured using the vehicle’s original floor template and shipped worldwide using express courier services (ShipEntegra/UPS/DHL/FedEx).
Risk passes to the Buyer upon delivery as recorded by the courier.
3.4 Return & Exchange Terms (30 Days)
The return and exchange rules are as described in Section 2.6 and 2.7 of this document and form an integral part of this Agreement.
- Standard orders: 30-day return window, subject to condition and Buyer-paid return shipping (unless the Seller is at fault).
- Personalised orders with custom names, logos or special designs: final sale, except where the product is incorrect or defective compared to the confirmed order, in which case the Buyer may request repair, replacement or refund within 30 days.
3.5 Defects & Warranty
If a product is delivered with a clear manufacturing defect, transport damage or does not match the confirmed order details, the Seller will correct the issue by repair, replacement or refund, at no extra cost to the Buyer.
3.6 Governing Law & Disputes
Disputes shall be handled according to the consumer protection rules and applicable law in the Buyer’s jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
4. ENFORCEMENT
By completing the purchase on classcardesign.com, the Buyer confirms that they have read and accepted this Distance Sales Agreement & Pre-Information Form.
The Agreement enters into force on the date of the Buyer’s order.
